I've NEVER been more satisfied and HAPPY with a vehicle repair and service company than I am with Han's Wittler Automotive. Friendly peoples that make you feel comfortable to treated like just another customer. They are all well informed explaining everything to you and will break it down if need be in detail with photos to help better understanding of the problem on the vehicle. Very thorough and timely,but not rushed. My Benz has never ran better and quiet as it's suppose to be. Tim and William saved me thousands by troubleshooting and doing research on the problem I was having with my MB-GLA. I ❤️ these guys. They always communicate well and exceed expectations. There is no reason to take my car to the dealer because I get WAY better service at Hans.

I was very impressed with the sincere personalized Customer Service I received from the front-office staff, both Tim and William. They clearly explained processes and answered my questions regarding the unique issue that I experienced with my car. I also appreciated the loaner vehicle during the service period. I've been using HW for about 2-years now, ever since I bought my vehicle. They have always been kind and professional, and I've never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me or sell me something I don't need. These guys are great! So fortunate to have found them.

Update: It's been a week, and I finally have my Mercedes back. They ended up sending it to a body shop. They completely repaired the minor body damage and it looks just as good as the day I brought it to Hans Wittler. Obviously I'm not thrilled with having to go through this experience, but I also understand that things happen. This shop did everything in their power to make it right. I will continue to use HW for my repairs.

Original post: My experience with this shop started out great. Good communication with a full explanation on repairs. What was supposed to take one day ended up taking four, apparently due to an issue they discovered with a caliper. 4 days later when they were supposed to return my car, they accidentally hit the building with a Mercedes I've only had for 3 months!!!! I am beyond frustrated! This will now diminish the value of my Mercedes and I have no recourse. I don't even know what else I can add to this review because I am so pissed right now!

I recently had my Porsche serviced at this location and I had a wonderful experience! I worked directly with Tim and William and they were a joy to interact with. Extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The price I paid was reasonable, and much better than what it would have cost at the dealer. Because I was getting a major service done, I was given a courtesy vehicle. That is almost unheard of from an independent shop and it was a huge help. The service was done on time, and to my expectations. Hans Wittler has earned my business and I will be coming back.
